Campaign use case

Nexania AI sends transactional, appointment-related SMS messages for local service business receptionist workflows. Messages may include appointment confirmations, rescheduling confirmations, cancellation confirmations, service-specific updates, and one Google review link only after the customer replies YES to the review-link permission language.

Opt-in flow

Customers opt in during the call flow when they request a booking, rescheduling, or cancellation, provide their mobile phone number for that appointment, and agree to receive text updates about that service. The receptionist can disclose that message frequency varies by appointment, message and data rates may apply, and customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Review links require a separate YES reply and are not sent if the customer says no, replies STOP, or does not respond.

Representative message-flow description

Customers call a local service business using a Nexania AI receptionist workflow. During the call, the customer requests to book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment and provides a mobile number for that specific service transaction. The receptionist asks for permission to send text updates for the appointment and explains that message and data rates may apply and that the customer can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The confirmation SMS asks the customer to reply YES if they also agree to receive service text updates and one review link after the job is completed. If the customer does not reply YES, the review link is not sent.
